What started as a six year old girl, Kai, spending time baking with her dad at home, has grown into a family owned business with our customers’ health and wellness as our focus.
Kai’s parents have over 35 years of combined healthcare experience. Kai’s mom is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has witnessed the health benefits of a low carb/keto diet. After months of abdominal discomfort, Kai tested positive for an egg and dairy allergy, so Kai's parents deeply understand the importance of removing allergens from one's diet. Kai’s dad adopted a keto lifestyle himself in August 2018 and hasn't looked back since.

Whether you're following a low-carb/keto diet, have dietary restrictions, or medical induced dietary restrictions like Diabetes or Celiac disease - we have something for you that will leave your tastebuds dancing! Our keto desserts have little to no impact of the glycemic index, making them diabetic-friendly (we use a monk fruit/erythritol blend for our sweetener).
