Kai’s Kookes is a customer focused keto, vegan and gluten-free bakery serving delicious baked goods with our customers’ allergens and dietary restrictions as our number #1 priority. What started as a six year old girl baking with her dad in the kitchen, has grown into a family owned business with our customers’ health and wellness in mind. All recipes are carefully crafted to ensure your health and wellness goals are met whether, it’s following a low carb/keto diet, dietary restriction or medical illness such as diabetes or celiac disease. Both Kai’s parents have over 35 years of combined healthcare experience. Kai’s mother is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has witnessed the health benefits of a low carb/keto diet.
Our keto desserts have little to no impact of the glycemic index. As a mom, she knows the importance removing allergens from one’s diet when recently Kai tested positive for an egg and dairy allergy after months of abdominal discomfort. Kai’s dad adopted a keto lifestyle in August 2018. We are not just specialty bakers, we are committed to the customers we serve and it starts with us.
