Where can I get pr locally?
You can meet us at one of our markets on the weekend, which is posted on our social media outlets weekly. You can order via our website at any time and select pick up at our kitchen or select delivery if applicable. The pick up/delivery times vary by date selected.
When I place an order online for pickup when will I receive my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 business days of your placed order. You will be able to pick your date and time on our website.
Do you have a retail store?
No, all baked goods are prepared in a commercial kitchen. We are locally owned in Houston, Texas. We are online based and ship our desserts nationwide to all states except Hawaii. If you are local to Houston follow us on social media for a list of our farmers markets, festivals and pop-up events.
Do you deliver or ship?
Yes, we deliver and ship. We deliver within a 20-mile radius from the commercial kitchen's zip code 77009. You can pick your delivery date online when you place your order.
All orders are baked to order. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of ordering. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order had been shipped. Orders are shipped priority mail. Shipping is available to all addresses within the United States. Baked goods are shipped Monday through Wednesday.
Do you take custom cookie orders?
Yes, we typically need two weeks advance notice to prepare your order.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, wholesale opportunities are available.
How long will my treats last?
The shelf life of our products is 10-14 days. For best results we recommend that the items be refrigerated. They can be frozen as well, but please let them come to room temperature naturally
Is refrigeration required?
Products do not have to be refrigerated if consumed within a week, however, we recommend you refrigerate any perishable items.

Nutritional information can be found under each individual photo of the product.
What sweeteners do you use?
Our keto treats are free from sugar! We use a blend of all natural sweeteners specifically monk fruit (erythritol) in our desserts.
What ingredients do you use in your keto products? Every product varies, here are some of the common ingredients in our keto products

Do you offer any allergy-free products?
We offer a wide variety of gluten-free and vegan products.
NOTE: Our goods are manufactured in a facility that also processes eggs and tree nuts.
Exchange & Returns
How do I return or exchange an order?
We are a customer-focused bakery, all orders are baked to order, unfortunately, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed.
Some products arrived broken/damaged. What do I do?
Shipping baked goods can be difficulty at times. Due to the difficulty in shipping soft creamy frosting, we will ship our frosting in separate container for you to apply as little or as much as you choose. With that being said, our bundt/ cupcakes cakes will not be frosted when they arrive. Our bundt/cupcakes and frosting are not temperature sensitive so if they don't arrive cold they are still fine. We send them with cold packs to keep the frosting from melting while in transit. However, If your package sits in the sun or in the elements for more than an hour we cannot guarantee the frosting will not be melted even with our ice packs and insulated containers. We cannot replace melted or separated frosting. The frosting can be refrigerated to regain form and it can be applied. There may be times through out the year where we will not ship bundt cakes/cupcakes due to extreme temperatures.
Kai's Sweet BoxWhat is a Kai's Sweet Box?
Kai's Sweet Box is our monthly subscription box that comes with a variety of our baked goods and a sweet surprise. Our sweet box is available in our regular baked goods, keto, gluten-free and vegan.
When does my Subscription Ship?
All Monthly Sweet Boxes are shipped on the 2nd Monday of each month.
Will I get an email notification about my shipment?
Yes! You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation information.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
All cancellations via email must be submitted 72 hours before the billing cycle (2nd of each month). Once the order is placed, you will not be billed the following month but will still receive the Sweet Box for the month.
