Where can I get product locally?
You can visit us at one of our markets on weekends, which are posted on our social media channels weekly. You can also order on our website and opt to pick-up your order at our kitchen or have your order delivered*. You can also stop by our new bakery very soon!

When I place an order online for pickup, when will I receive my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 business days of your placed order. You will be able to pick your date and time on our website.
Do you have a retail store?
We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening our flagship bakery very soon in Houston, Texas. Although we are local to Houston, we ship our dessert nationwide, with the exception of Hawaii.
Do you deliver or ship?
Yes, we deliver and ship! We deliver within a 20-mile radius from the commercial kitchen's zip code - 77009. You can pick your delivery date online when you place your order.
All orders are baked to order. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of ordering. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order had been shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is available to all addresses within the United States, except for Hawaii. Baked goods are shipped Monday through Wednesday.
Do you take custom cookie orders?
Yes, we typically need two weeks notice to prepare custom orders.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, wholesale opportunities are available. Please send us a message for more information regarding our wholesale opportunities.
How long will my treats last?
Our items last for 4-6 weeks. We recommend refrigerating your goodies for optimum freshness. You can also freeze your treats, but we recommend they thaw without any heat.
Is refrigeration required?
Products do not have to be refrigerated if consumed within a week; however, we recommend you refrigerate for optimum freshness.

What sweeteners do you use?
Our keto treats are free from sugar! We use a blend of all-natural monk fruit and erythritol for our sweetness, making our keto products diabetic-friendly.
What ingredients do you use in your keto products?
Each product varies, but here are some of the common ingredients in our keto products:

- Coconut oil
- Coconut flour
Do you offer any allergy-free products?
We offer a wide variety of gluten-free and vegan products.
NOTE: Our goods are manufactured in a facility that also processes eggs and tree nuts.
Exchange & Returns
How do I return or exchange an order?
All sales are final as each order is made-to-order specifically for each customer.
I want to order a frosted item. How will it ship?
When shipping soft creamy frosting, we will ship our frosting in separate container for you to apply as little or as much as you desire. Our bundt/cupcakes cakes will not be frosted when they arrive. We ship these orders with cold packs to keep the frosting from melting while in transit. Our bundt/cupcakes and frosting are not temperature sensitive, so if they do not arrive cold, they are still good to eat. While we do our best to deliver your frosting un-melted, If your package sits in the sun or in the elements for more than an hour we cannot guarantee the frosting will not be melted even with our ice packs and insulated containers. We cannot replace melted or separated frosting. The frosting can be refrigerated to regain form and then applied to your treat. Due to extreme temperatures, there may be time during the year where bundt cakes/cupcake shipping are unavailable.
Kai's Sweet Box
What is a Kai's Sweet Box?
Kai's Sweet Box is our monthly subscription box that comes with a variety of our baked goods and a sweet surprise. Our sweet box is available in our regular baked goods, keto/diabetic-friendly, gluten-free and vegan + GF.
When does my Subscription Ship?
All Monthly Sweet Boxes are shipped on the 2nd Monday of each month.
Will I get an email notification about my shipment?
Yes! You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation information.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
All cancellations must be made via email and must be submitted 72 hours prior to the billing cycle (2nd of each month). Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive one more Sweet Box and then billing will cease.
